Founder & CEO
SCU Recruit began as a small passion project led by me, Flavio Dece, while helping friends & family. I combine a strong academic background in computer science graduting from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology with years of competitive tennis experience, to offer a unique advantage in the student-athlete recruitment process. My expertise in data analytics and artificial intelligence allows SCU to streamline and optimize the recruiting journey for both athletes and families. Fluent in several languages—English, German, Italian, Spanish, and Albanian— I bring a global perspective to the table. This multicultural background has helped connect athletes from diverse regions, ensuring that language barriers are never an obstacle to achieving success. I believe in a hands-on approach, prioritizing direct communication and personal involvement with every client. You won’t just be another case file – you will work closely with me throughout the process.
