Flavio Dece
Founder & CEO
Study Compete USA began as a small passion project led by me, Flavio Dece, while helping friends & family. Before launching SCU, I worked as a college recruitment guide and SAT prep instructor for various sports academies, as well as a scout and data analyst across multiple sports. I combine a strong academic background in computer science, graduating from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, with years of experience as a competitive tennis player and years of working closely with high school athletes across multiple sports.This mix of athletic insight and technical expertise gives me a unique advantage in guiding student-athletes through the complex U.S. college recruiting process. My expertise in data analytics and artificial intelligence allows SCU to streamline and optimize the recruiting journey for both athletes and families. Fluent in several languages, English, German, Italian, Spanish, and Albanian, I bring a global perspective to the table. This multicultural background helps connect athletes from diverse regions, ensuring that language barriers are never an obstacle to achieving success. I believe in a hands-on approach, prioritizing direct communication and personal involvement with every client. You won’t just be another case file, you will work closely with me throughout the process.
